May 21, 2018, on the initiative of the Chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Maksym Vladimirovich Stepanov and the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Liliya Mikhailivna Hrynevich, at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, an exhibition "Arsenal of ideas of the New Ukrainian school" was held.

At the exhibition, over 30 different manufacturing organizations and institutions had an opportunity to present a variety of state-of-the-art equipment for both primary and basic secondary and specialist schools.

Ushynsky University presented the conceptual model of teacher training as an idea of ​​the New Ukrainian School, as well as various innovative developments for professional pedagogical training related to digital technologies, primarily cloud technologies and the Internet of things. At the exhibition, the University presented fragments of innovative laboratories in robotics, computer science and natural sciences, inclusive education and psychology. Students, along with students from partner schools at the University, demonstrated robots that not only performed simple teams, movements, but even danced, which aroused considerable interest from many visitors to the exhibition.
