On April 15, 2024, as part of their industrial (assistant) practice, the students of Master's degree majoring in A1 "Educational Sciences" of the educational and professional program "Pedagogy. Management of an Educational Institution" visited the Center for Quality Assurance of Education and University Management (CQAEUM) and participated in a seminar in a mixed format.

During the event, full-time and part-time master's students were familiarized in detail with the structure of the center, the main areas of its activities and the work plan. Special attention was paid to studying the algorithm for preparing and conducting monitoring of the quality of education, in particular, organizing surveys of students on the quality of the educational process and the provision of educational services. During the seminar, students also worked out approaches to preparing an analytical report based on the results of surveys and forming a plan of measures aimed at improving the educational process. A separate area of ​​work was the study of the experience of assessing the quality of teaching of academic disciplines.

In addition, future education management specialists were introduced to the features of forming a catalog of selective educational components and the algorithm for their selection by higher education students.

The knowledge and practical skills obtained will contribute to the formation of professional competencies and professional qualifications during the training of master's students, based on the results of the survey, analytical report and action plan to improve/improve the situation.
