The fourth day of internship at UKEN: Erasmus+ academic mobility as a space for exchanging experiences and getting acquainted with innovations

The Erasmus+ academic mobility program of representatives of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow (UKEN) continued with meaningful professional interaction with Polish colleagues. The mobility participants from the Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology included associate professors: OLENA GREK and OLENA KOSYANOVA, as well as a first (bachelor) level higher education student of the 2nd year of the educational and professional program "Psychology" OLHA GREK, a 1st year master's student of the educational and professional program "Practical Psychology. Extreme and Crisis Psychology" VIRHA SYNICHENKO and a 1st year master's student of the educational and professional program "Applied and Practical Psychology" DIANA SYMONENKO.

Participants of the academic mobility were invited to a meeting of the Institute of Psychology UKEN, where colleagues from the Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University presented their own scientific developments. Doctor of Psychological Sciences Olga Palamarchuk presented a report “Integration of past experiences and future perspectives in psychotherapy of children and youth as a condition for restoring psychological resilience”. Doctor of Psychological Sciences Oksana Lyashch revealed current issues of professional health of psychologists in her report “Emotional burnout of psychologists in conditions of uncertainty: psychological factors, risk factors and coping resources”.

The representatives of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences of Ushynsky University also visited the modern psychological laboratory of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow (UKEN), where they got acquainted with its material and technical base, modern equipment and methods used in psychological research. The eventful day was concluded by an informal meeting with the teachers of the host country and applicants for the Erasmus+ program, during which the participants discussed the prospects for further joint projects, the features of studying under academic exchange programs, and the possibilities of strengthening professional ties between universities.
