Within the framework of the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Challenges of Socio-Political Development: Political, Legal and Socio-Economic Dimensions” on May 22, 2026, speeches by honored guests were held.

Head of the volunteer initiative of diplomats’ wives “Ukrainian House in Kazakhstan”, member of the Scientific Society for the History of Diplomacy and International Relations, director of the School of Business Ethics and Etiquette, diplomat’s wife Olha NAKONECHNA presented a report “Ukrainian House in Kazakhstan: Cultural and Educational Diplomacy in Times of Turbulence”. The distinguished guest spoke about her activities in creating the center of cultural and educational diplomacy “Ukrainian House in Kazakhstan” and explained that public diplomacy is involved for effective communication with other states, since it is precisely on interaction with citizens that the support of Ukraine depends. Educational diplomacy is an important factor in disseminating information about the true values ​​of Ukrainians – freedom, stability, family. Ms. Olha's educational activities are capable of creating real Ukrainian studies of history and culture, forming a humanitarian environment for the search for peace, and conducting charitable actions to help Ukrainian refugees in Kazakhstan.

The inspiring peacemaking gentle activity of the esteemed Ms. Olha Nakonechna unites diplomats and educators. The constant continuous influence of interesting, deep educational diplomacy forms the attachment of young people in Kazakhstan to Ukraine.
