The Department of Educational Management and Public Administration hosted the defense of the assistantship practice of full-time and part-time students of the educational and professional program "Pedagogy. Management of an Educational Institution".

The work of the commission was attended by employers: Lyudmila Kolbina, the Dean of the Faculty of Primary Education of Ushynsky University and Anatoliy Furman, the Director of the Institute of Humanities of the National University "Odesa Polytechnic".

The commission also included scientific and pedagogical employees of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, in particular the guarantor of the educational program, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nataliya Chernenko and the head of the department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Sakalyuk.

During the defense, the applicants presented the results of the assistantship practice, demonstrated the appropriate level of formation of educational and professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard of a teacher. Future specialists demonstrated their ability to apply modern approaches to organizing the educational process, to carry out educational, methodological and managerial activities, to communicate effectively, and to use innovative technologies in their professional activities.

The members of the commission noted the high level of training of the students, their professional motivation, responsibility, and readiness for further pedagogical and managerial activities in the field of education.
