The Psychological Service of Ushynsky University has prepared a new practical guide to self-help: “How to understand that you are exhausted, and not just tired”

In the material:

— signs of emotional exhaustion

— ​​self-diagnosis of the condition

— ​​stabilization techniques

— practical steps to support yourself

— recommendations when to seek help

 

This checklist is created for students, teachers and everyone who has recently been struggling morally.

Sometimes even one phrase: “there is still “something wrong” with me” can be the beginning of support.
