Announcement: Informational online meeting with the Psychological Service of Ushynsky University

The Psychological Service of Ushynsky University invites students to an open informational online meeting on the topic:

“Psychological Service: What is it and why is it needed by a student?”

The purpose of the event is to familiarize students with the activities of the Psychological Service of the university, the possibilities of receiving psychological support, as well as to create an open space for discussing the current challenges of student life.

During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to:

▪️ learn about the work of the Psychological Service;

▪️ find out what questions you can ask a psychologist;

▪️ learn about the formats of psychological support at the university;

▪️ ask a practical psychologist a question;

▪️ get information about support groups and thematic events.

Speaker of the event:

Andrii Bortov, a psychologist of Ushynsky University, lecturer, head of the Mental Health Center.

The meeting also plans to discuss current psychological difficulties faced by students, including:

— anxiety, emotional exhaustion;

— adaptation to the educational environment;

— stress and psycho-emotional overload;

— opportunities for receiving psychological support at the university.
