As part of the Science Week at Ushynsky University, on May 14, a curatorial hour “Science Day in Ukraine” was held in a group of 1st-year masters majoring in A4 Secondary Education, subject specialty A4.01 Secondary Education (Ukrainian Language and Literature) (curator T. Y. Bandura). The event was dedicated to Science Day, which this year is celebrated on May 16. An informative presentation by master’s student A. Hudak immersed the participants in the diverse world of history, development, and current trends of world and Ukrainian science.

On May 7, students of the Faculty of History and Philology visited an exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of the Chernobyl accident. This year marks 40 years since the Chernobyl accident, which left a deep mark on history and changed the lives of millions of Ukrainians. The exhibition is designed to preserve the memory and remind us of the consequences of the Chernobyl tragedy.
